Everybody wants higher PageRank for their blog. What is PageRank anyway? According to Google, PageRank relies on the uniquely democratic nature of the web by using its vast link structure as an indicator of an individual page’s value. In essence, Google interprets a link from page A to page B as a vote, by page A, for page B. But, Google looks at more than the sheer volume of votes, or links a page receives; it also analyzes the page that casts the vote. Votes cast by pages that are themselves “important” weight more heavily and help to make other pages “important.”
A page with a higher PageRank is deemed more important and is more likely to be listed above a page with a lower PageRank.

The easy way to check your PageRank is with Google toolbar. The green bar will show your PageRank value. Just simply open your blog URL and watch on Google toolbar at green bar. You can also check your PageRank on website that has free page rank check. Just add your URL on the input box and they will show your PageRank result from different Google data center.

There are many way how to improve your PageRank. When you look on Google with this keyword “how to improve PageRank”, you will find many results, but few of them are useful. That’s way I want share to you the easy way to improve your PageRank. These tips are based on how I manage to get 3 PageRank Score for my blog. You may used it or throw it away.
1. Optimize Your Blog
Before you want to improve your PageRank, first you have to do is optimizing your blog title, second step is optimizing your Meta description. The last one is optimizing your post.
Page Title
Make sure your title contains your most important search keywords related your niche.
Meta Description
Google are using your Meta description for their result. Make sure your description contains your most important search keywords.
Content Keyword
Optimize your content by adding your niche keyword on your post. You may also add title keyword on your post several times. This can done by repeating several keywords on your post paragraph. Make sure your text contains your most important search keywords. More keyword more better, but don’t go too excited on this method, you may ruin your post content. Image tag works well on optimizing your blog. Always add your important keyword on your image alt tag.
2. Get More Link
To boost your PageRank, you need a lot of links all around the Internet that points back to your site. This is what we call as “backlinks”. More backlink will gain you higher PageRank you can ever imagine. For your reference, you can check my previous post about link building tips here.
