You have tried everything you can think of and still your ClickBank account is empty!
Well that’s exactly what happened to me only 6 months ago!
But then I discovered that by using a ClickBank squeeze page, instead of just driving my visitors to a Sales Page, was to be the best thing I had ever done online.
Let’s go back 6 months and I’ll explain what I was doing wrong and what most other people are still doing wrong today.
I still remember that buzz I first got when I signed up for my free account with ClickBank, but I was soon to discover that I wasn’t going to make any money from what I was about to do.
I had failed to learn the skills required to fully harness the power of ClickBank affiliate marketing.
I was making the #1 biggest affiliate marketing no no…I was trying to sell my ClickBank affiliate product straight away on my website.
I was hoping that the vistors to my website would click on my “hoplink”, finish up on the products pitch page and BUY NOW!
Wrong!
Nobody bought a single darn thing!! What on earth was I doing wrong? How was my friend making huge commissions?
Then the penny dropped!!
The very first thing you must have before you can start a web business and make any money is….
CUSTOMERS!!
I didn’t have ANY CUSTOMERS!!
All I had were visitors to a website. I had no idea if they were interested in buying my product.
By sending my visitors directly to a Pitch Page had a detrimental effect on building my web business.
I had just given my potential customer away, without even asking what their name was.
What I needed was a way to get the name and email address of my visitor before I sent them away…for good.
So this is what I did…
I setup ClickBank squeeze pages with a free gift for my visitor to download in exchange for their name and email address.
This squeeze page was designed specifically around a top selling ClickBank product professionally designed to exactly match the Sales Page.
I included a video on the page selling the benefits to my visitors with a free eBook as a gift for subscribing.
I then wrote a series of follow-up emails to further promote the ClickBank product by selling the benefits to my visitor.
Each email had my ClickBank “hoplink” in so if my visitor clicked on it to satisfy their curiosity I would get a commission if they then decided to buy.
The free report also had my hoplink in.
It is a proven fact that vistors to a website will buy, on average, on their 7th visit.
So by sending out at least 7 follow up emails over a week or two I was much more likely to focus their attention on my offer.
And after about a week of doing it this way…
..I MADE MY FIRST SALE ONLINE!!!
It was a very momentous occasion.
I even ran outside into the garden in excitement and told my wife that…
…it actually works!!
That was a little over 6 months ago and today I continue to make money online every single day with ClickBank squeeze pages, a very simple, but powerful selling technique.
